SAIC is seeking a
Ground Systems Integration Engineer
to support a program that procures satellite vehicles with associated ground segments. The ground segment consists of ground command and control (C2) software & hardware, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) and virtualized technologies.This position is located in
Chantilly, VA
and requires an active
TS/SCI security clerance with Polygraph.
In this role, you will support major program acquisitions and act as the primary support to the development branch.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.Bachelor's degree and 14 years or more experience; Master's degree and 12 years or more experience; PhD and 9 years or more experience.Experience in full life cycle support with an IC or DoD acquisition program office.Experience with ground segment of space program office.Experience evaluating proposals, budgets, and master schedules.Experience with activities involving hardware and software integration.Experience in request for change (RFC) processes.Understanding of requirements validation and verification methods.Experience in ground architecture design.Experience in risk management planning and mitigation.Ability to travel overseas.
