Come and experience your future!This position is located at Marine Corps AirStation Cherry Point, North Carolina and willserve as a Security Generalist for the F-35Program.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Physical security of assigned F35 facilities atMCAS Cherry Point, NC.- Security efforts in support of the programinclude; security participation of the SimulatorFacility, integration and sustainment activities, F-35 specific Special Access Program support, andthe overall execution of contractual securityrequirements- Control access to all F-35 facilities, providingescort when required, and assisting in theplanning, evaluation and execution of programsecurity operations related to Special AccessProgram Facilities and Operations IAW currentprogram and regulatory guidance.- Provide assistance to other security teammembers, as appropriate- Additional duties as required- Position will support 1st shift but missionrequirements may require a change with respectto primary shift assignment (i.e. candidate maybe required to work a different shift than the oneidentified in this job requisition.)- The incumbent may be required to work a nonstandardwork schedule to support missionrequirements.- The incumbent will periodically cover down onafter hours security responsibilities requiringthem to maintain a duty phone and possiblyrespond to developing security supportsituations.

Basic Qualifications

1. Current SECRET security clearance with aninvestigation within 5 years from theinvestigation Closed date or confirmedenrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE)program.2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TopSecret/SCI security clearance or confirmedenrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE)program if and when local mission requirementsdictate.3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access toSpecial Access Programs (SAPs).4. Must be able to obtain and maintain access toSensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)if/when mission requirements dictate.5. Familiar with conducting security work inclassified environments and/or classifiedmaterials.6. Outstanding written and verbalcommunicative skills.7. Knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes1-4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705and associated Technical Specifications.

Desired skills

3. Experience working on Special AccessPrograms.4. Prior experience with GSA containers anddocument control.5. Experience working in a dynamic Militaryenvironment and be able to successfully interactdaily with senior ranking USMC commissionedofficers and key G0V stakeholders withconfidence, poise and professionalism.6. Comfortable making decisions autonomouslyand successfully operating in a military flyingoperations environment. Previous experience inmilitary leadership and decision-making roleswould be beneficial.7. Familiarization with Defense InformationSecurity System (DISS).8. Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Word,PowerPoint, Excel and Access.9. Experience working in SAP arena.10. Access Control and Physical Securityexperience ability to perform assigned tasks and3 Years of experience.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered:

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,300 - $145,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
