Duties & ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Salesforce to maximize its full valueProvide recommendations, as needed, that will enhance productivity and efficiency across all teamsUtilize SF administrator skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality SalesforceEnsure data integrity by performing data audits and modeling for internal and external data and control access rights and security settings within SalesforcePartner with management, business units and end-users to create and manage Salesforce functionalityDevelop, create, and maintain reports and dashboards in SalesforceEnsure user adoption by demonstrating the value of Salesforce to end usersProvide Salesforce training and support to help teams achieve their goals and objectivesDrive testing and validation of systems configuration and developmentMaintain required documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysisStay current with the development and release of Salesforce's capability roadmap and identify applicable new featuresAct as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical operations problemsManage daily administration of users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts in SalesforceMaintain and support custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rulesIndicators of Success

3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SalesforceB.A./B.S. or equivalent degree with 3+ years of operations, project management, or quantitative analysis experienceCertified Salesforce Administrator, at minimumSolid understanding & knowledge of SFDC configuration including Custom Object Relationships, Automations (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder), Chatter, etc.Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce customization projects from end-to-endDeep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning ExperienceExperience managing core tools in a GTM tech stack (Cirrus Insight, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.)Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of relational databases and data integration toolsSaaS experience is a plus
