Job SummaryThe Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. The role includes guiding team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, and developing complex, multi-process applications. The SSA will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Pega-based applications while applying Pega's design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities•Design and develop Pega business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.•Provide guidance to team members on developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.•Lead or support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems and software.•Implement complex designs, reusable functions, successful user interfaces, and integration solutions.•Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and development guidelines.•Analyze performance using Pega alerts, logs, and advanced tools like SMA.•Develop and implement PRPC integration services, Rule Utility Functions, and Reporting rule types.•Design and implement system architecture and administration concepts in an Agile development environment.•Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements, develop application designs, and construct Pega multi-process applications.•Manage product creation, ruleset management, and deployments to higher environments.•Create high-quality user experiences and develop complex case management and reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications•Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification (CSSA).•5+ years of experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect (SSA).•Strong design skills and experience with Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices.•Experience with Pega multi-process applications, user interfaces, reporting, and integration solutions.•Proficiency in PRPC integration services, SLA's, flows, portals, and agents.•Knowledge of product creation, ruleset management, and deployment processes.•Experience with Agile methodologies and development environments.

Preferred Qualifications•Experience analyzing and improving application performance using Pega alerts and advanced tools.•Deep understanding of system architecture and administration concepts.•Experience leading teams in multi-disciplinary, dynamic environments.

Certifications•Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification (CSSA).
