In addition to a mentor who is an industry expert in their niche market, you will have access to training courses that are designed to educate you on the advisor role and to prepare you to successfully pass all the exams that are required to become a fully registered Financial Advisor. Responsibilities: • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations such as life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products Qualifications: • Excellent math skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial • Up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessary • Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital • Previous success in financial services as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is needed • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field • Entrepreneurial • Incredible sense of urgency • Self-starter • Want to help people or make a lasting impact • Interdependent • Highly motivated • Extreme desire to succeed and overcome obstacles • A need to have ownership in what you do • Some post-graduate work experience • Fully Licensed/Registered (Series 7, 66, Life/Health) - NOT REQUIRED (We provide sponsorship for those needing to pass these exams) Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
