Duties:We are a dynamic Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain organization, revolutionizing client's technical landscape with innovative systems, APIs, and platforms for over 5,000 daily active users. Our ambition is to transform and enhance every aspect of business operations, empowering both internal and external users with critical tools in merchandising, inventory, and supply chain management. We're on the hunt for passionate system analyst with a knack for analyzing retail data-set, ready to take full ownership of assigned tasks and a true owner at heart.
Skills:
Providing the support to Inventory system and integrated applications for quick identification of system gaps and operational issues with prior exposure and expertise in retail area (ORMS, SIM and familiarity with WMS is plus)Collaborate with other integration, application teams for triaging business critical issues impacting perpetual and financial transactions of RMS system (Stock ledger). Assume role as key point of contact for resolving any critical data issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams - business stakeholders, engineers, program management, product team etc to understand Inventory area existing business processes.Take accountability for resolving specific issues within a particular area, application, technology, or system.Demonstrate productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results.
Responsibilities (You own this if you have):
3+ years of professional experience in analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. Worked as system analyst in Oracle Retail applications - (ORMS/ /SIM) area.2+ years of experience in extracting & manipulating large data sets from relational databases using Oracle DB and PostgreSQL. Experience in JSON and Kafka is plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts.Self-directed ability to "hit-the-ground-running", proactively identifying the running issues and formulating solutions/providing suggestions with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving abilities for overcoming roadblocks, balancing multiple tasks, and competing in a rapidly changing environment.Quantitative degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative analytics discipline
