Job Title: Lead Executive Assistant Job Description Effectively manage complex fast-moving calendars for assigned executives, requiring interaction with both internal and external contacts. Proactively own and flawlessly execute calendars, prioritizing with purpose, deflecting with tact, understanding both the short and long-term impacts of each confirmed, declined, and rescheduled meeting. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and securely handle sensitive material with all levels of management in a professional manner. Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization. Being proactive is a must-have for this role. Must be flexible, adaptable, and have a positive attitude in dealing with changing priorities and challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Manage and process expense reports in a timely manner. Ability to partner and build strong professional working relationships with their supported executives. Demonstrate the ability to handle highly sensitive confidential information and situations with discretion. Work closely and collaboratively with the Senior EA, Team Lead, and the EA Team. Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies, procedures, and act as a liaison between Senior Leadership and external stakeholders. Hard Skills 10+ years of administrative experience providing support to executives at the C-Suite level High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year university degree preferred Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Strong ability to execute tasks Excellent verbal and written skills Outstanding computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Quick to learn new software and applications as required Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and positive attitude Flexible and adaptable Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Highly productive team player with the ability to work independently Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Boston, Massachusetts.
