Job Description:
We are looking for very strong SailPoint Developer with strong production support experience.Strong understanding and hands on experience on the following: SailPoint IIQ, AD, LDAP, Webservices and Java.Support the existing IAM infrastructure and implement the necessary system updates as connected systems change.Create/update IAM WorkflowsCreate/update IAM drivers.Provide technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems and will serve as an IAM SME for the security group, helpdesk, and end users.ssist in project implementation as well as producing compliance reports, supporting role-based access control, working Service Requests, monitoring IDM servers, and system testing.IAM maintenance including driver health, LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, incident response, system support, updates, patches, modifications, new connectors, disaster recovery testing, workflow, report writing, monitoring, log management, and support for environment and employee changes.Respond to Support Requests, process large amounts of data with extreme accuracy, and be backup SME for entire IAM solution.bility to troubleshoot complex technical issues within SailPoint product suite.Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals.Good experience in handling SailPoint Failure Alert handling process.Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.
