The Accounting Manager reports to the Assistant Controller.
This role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office a few days a week, at minimum.
Responsibilities Ensure an accurate and timely month end close by providing management and support to the accounting close process This role includes serving as a hands-on team member responsible for performing and reviewing accounting transactions including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Assist in providing support for annual audit activities with external auditors Partner with Controller and Assistant Controller regarding the continued evolution of the accounting function capabilities Oversee and manage T&E policy compliance, process employee expense reports in SAP Concur, and provide HR relevant payroll information each payroll cycle Manage day to day relationship with vendors including communication as well as ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices Qualifications
NetSuite Experience CPA Certification Big 4 Experience Relevant industry experience
What We Offer
$95,000/yr - $110,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
