Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.

Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Global Brand & Content Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the firm's brand messaging and voice through all internal and external communications and content.

The Global Brand & Content Coordinator will have a strong focus on proofreading and creating copy for emails, articles, videos, social posts, press releases and processes as well as nurturing the content strategy to align with the firm's branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit and develop content for website, email, social media and digital channels. This includes press releases, general firm announcements, professional bios, social media, email campaigns, articles, event materials, videos, website, etc.Support the development and execution of internal communications publications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant content and create engaging messages tailored to different employee levels and departmentsDesign content marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals, analyzing performance to optimize contentSchedule and participate on content capture calls with the firm's content development partners and global professionalsReview and provide editing suggestions to video content to develop compelling narratives that align with brand and strategyMaintain and improve upon Lincoln's grammar best practicesCollaborate with the Marketing team on various projects involving the firm's website, social accounts, email processes and one-off projectsReview and compare competitor content and broader financial and professional services themes to identify best practicesIdeate to create new and relevant content themes and compelling formats, supporting idea generation through internal relationships, meetings, deal activity and online researchEnsure content reaches finish line and is promoted through marketing channels based on objective of audience and marketing pieceAddress issues in content development process and create efficiencies that minimize subject matter expert timeMaintain global consistency, brand voice and writing standards for the firm by editing and proofreading contentQualifications:

2-3 years' experience in content editing in a business environment, ideally professional servicesBachelor's degree in marketing or a comparable concentration requiredUnderstanding of investment banking or financial services a plusExcellent organizational skills requiredAbility to work on numerous concurrent projectsThis role requires creativity, excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail
