There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.**HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT:**Personalization is a key strategic initiative at Carters, impacting all aspects of the business from how customers experience our loyalty program, how our associates interact with our customers in stores, the online shopping experience, and all customer communications.As a Personalization Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer data and assisting in the management and execution of customer journeys across several personalization tools and platforms. Your insights will drive decision making processes that personalize our customer experience and optimize customer journeys.This role will report to the Senior Product Manager of Personalization and is based in our Buckhead office in our on-site work environment.Responsibilities:EXECUTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (60%)+ Assist in managing the personalization decision engine, ensuring it aligns with marketing strategy and delivers on customer experience objectives.+ Analyze business requirements and translate them into engagement policies, rules, flows and strategies for next best customer actions.+ Collaborate with stakeholder teams across marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce to refine decision logic for personalization.+ Assess & prioritize opportunities to scale personalization through additional channel integration, customer segmentation, and content that the decision engine can output (pricing, offers, product recommendations, creative content).+ Create & maintain support documentation around decisioning logic, testing, and implementation of customers journeys across our personalization tools.TESTING & OPTIMIZATION (20%)+ Utilize analytics to inform and optimize decisioning logic for personalized pricing/offers, product recommendations, and content across web, app, email, social, and in-store channels.+ Continuously run and monitor experiments to tweak and improve customer journeys.STRATEGY (10%)+ Work with leadership to identify omni-channel personalization opportunities for our customers, assist in implementing features & campaigns from conception through execution and testing and provide input for personalization roadmap.+ Provide actionable insights to the Sr. Product Manager and contribute to strategic planning.RESEARCH (10%)+ Research and identify appropriate touchpoints across customer journeys where personalization can benefit the customer.+ Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track the performance of customer journeys & personalized campaigns.**WED LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:**MUST HAVE+ 1-3 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within a marketing personalization context. Experience with data analytics tools/languages such as SQL, Python, R, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.+ Demonstrated expertise utilizing data analysis/visualization to identify key insights & solve business problems.+ Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical processes to varied audiences.+ BA or MA in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field+ Familiarity with agile development principles and project management tools such as JIRA and ConfluencePREFERRED+ Previous work with CDPs, marketing automation, and omni-channel campaign management platforms.+ Experience working with A/B testing tools and recommendation personalization engines.+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
