Our well-established and growing financial firm is expanding and seeking to add an Associate Advisor to our Team!This position will assist with new client onboarding, conduct review meetings with existing clients and work with and support our Advisors and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships. You must have the necessary licenses to be an Investment AdvisorThis position is based in our Needham, MA office but will require travel between our Massachusetts offices.Minimum Requirements·
College degree·
2 + years of financial services experience as an Investment Advisor·
Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 - Required·
Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills·
Strong mathematical skills·
Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written·
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment·
Process-oriented approach to problem-solving and must be detail focusedPosition Responsibilities·
Support the advisors in regards to clients inquiries and processing of new business·
Provide excellent client service to existing clients·
Manage and retain strong client relationships·
Assist in the onboarding of new clients·
Communicate the full range of the company’s services and capabilities to clients·
Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems· Attend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker or do the main presentation
