Key Responsibilities:Develop, design, and implement personalized customer communications using

Quadient Inspire

for omni-channel campaigns-digital print, mail, email, and SMS.Program and optimize document layouts for

digital printing

workflows, ensuring high-quality output for customer communications like direct mail, statements, billing notices, loan and compliance documents.Perform

prepress operations

such as file preparation, color management, and imposition, ensuring print-ready files meet production standards.Perform

data processing function

using data quality and presorting software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create efficient communication workflows aligned with business-critical objectives.Integrate data and external systems via

APIs

to deliver personalized, dynamic customer communications.Utilize programming skills in

C# ,

.NET ,

SQL , and

JavaScript

to develop, customize, and maintain communication workflows and templates.Ensure

file compatibility

and output optimization for digital printing, including generating high-resolution print files (PDF, AFP, etc.) and meeting postal requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Quadient workflows, layout programming, data integration, and output quality for digital printing.Conduct

quality control checks , ensuring layout accuracy, color consistency, and data integrity before production.Stay current on

Quadient Inspire

platform updates, industry trends, programming best practices, and prepress technologies.Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience

working with

Quadient Inspire

in a development, layout programming, and prepress role, specifically in

print, mail, or digital marketing

and

business-critical communications

(e.g., statements and billing notices).Experience with

data processing and prepress operations , including file preparation, postal processing, color management, and quality control for digital printing.Some programming experience in

C# ,

.NET ,

SQL ,

JavaScript , and familiarity with integrating

APIs .Proficiency in

layout programming

for digital printing and optimizing files for efficient production workflows.Strong understanding of

customer communication management (CCM)

principles and omni-channel marketing strategies.Ability to work with data to create highly personalized customer communications.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities while maintaining high-quality output.Familiarity with

postal regulations ,

USPS requirements , and

NCOALink

processing a plus.Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

or other graphic design tools used in prepress.Experience with digital print production formats (PDF, AFP, HTML) and finishing techniques.Knowledge of color calibration tools and techniques for consistent print quality.Familiarity with print production technologies and postal data management systems.
