Job Summary:The Operations Support Specialists position at JFS at Home/JFS Senior Care in Boca Raton, Florida will play a key role in supporting our organization's HR and staffing functions. This individual will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, On-boarding, and other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing our employees.

CompensationThis is a full-time, hourly position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:- Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions within the organization- Facilitate the On-boarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment status changes- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- HR Assistance experience (Preferably in Healthcare setting)- Strong understanding & experience of recruitment and on-boarding processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is preferred
