Summary / Description / Responsibilities / Skills & Experience Needed
:Knowledge in Designing and Developing complex Online and Batch Mainframe Application with COBOL as programming language, CICS as TPM, DB2 as RDBMSKnowledge on MQ and DB2 Connect as interface to communicate with Distributed Web application.Working knowledge in Batch jobs using JCL with Catalog procedures and files (PS/PDS/VSAM)Perform and maintain scheduling activities of Batch Schedules using CA-SchedulerExpertise in Application programming IDEs for Mainframe (IDZ)Working knowledge in Version control/Config. Management tools such as ChangemanExpertise in reverse-engineering of Mainframe applications involving DB2 and CICSNice to have : CI/CD processes for Mainframe
