Contract Services team is highly experienced in providing authoritative advice and professional expertise in the fields of Contracts Administration and Support along with Project Advise to a market leading client base.

We are dedicated to making the difference to all our clients engaged in the delivery of major capital projects and programs in the Americas and globally.

Contracts Administration Specialist .

The Duties of This Role Include:The individual will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice, including end-to-end advisory services to one of our key account clients.

Fulfilling the responsibilities of a Contracts Administration Consultant.Support the provision of specialist contracts and related procurement advice to private sector clients across a variety of Data Center construction contracts using Employer-design, Fixed Price, GMP, Partnering and various other procurements route.Liaising with stakeholders on all levels of the company to analyze and determine a comprehensive contract strategy.Supporting the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction projects using a range of privately funded delivery models.Developing contract structures for the main delivery strategies, including in multi-packaging scenarios on complex projects with multiple contract interfaces.Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details with clients and stakeholders.Supporting end-to-end procurement services on major construction and construction-services-related projects.Building positive relationships within the project team and with Client personnel and their key advisors.Supporting the development of the contract advisory services provided by T&T.Managing and updating internal contract team trackers, reviewing SOW's, GMP's and MPA's proposal documentation verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies.Supporting the delivery of both team and wider business targets.Qualifications

Verbal and written communication skills.Administrative or secretarial skills.Evaluation skills.The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.A strong understanding and knowledge of contract governance.Proficiency in Google Suites is desirable, but must be competent in technical capabilities and willing to adapt.The ability to learn quickly and master internal contracts management systems.The ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure.Experienced in or a keen interest of working in multiple contract environments and under a range of procurement/contract delivery routes.Degree or equivalent in a related course of studies.Previous experience as a project manager, or coordinating large projects is an asset.Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities.Confident, independent, and able to work autonomously without need for supervision.Ability to support a team and give direction in the performance of the advisory services.Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.Superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts.Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong presentation skills, adaptable and with a strong determination to succeed.Education and Experience

At least 3+ years' experience in the provision and delivery of procurement and/or contract services to public and or private clients for large-scale capital investment projects.Working knowledge and experience of various forms of national and international forms of contracts for the delivery of construction projects.Experience of working in a multi-contract environment.Experience in the development and procurement of GMP's/Lump Sum or similar project-financed projects is desirable.Supporting contract development and administration experience across a variety of sectors including data centers, retrofits, and/or real estate; client-side.Experience in developing and implementing contracting strategies, including, quantification, and allocation.Identifying potential risks contract changes may pose to the company.Experience in contract development, to support drafting of bespoke contract schedules and clauses and reviewing contract documents prepared by others.Working knowledge of contract pricing mechanisms within the standard forms.Managing inputs from other professional team members, including technical, legal, and commercial/financial.Ability to liaise with and coordinate multiple stakeholders to develop robust contract documents.
