Work You'll Do

As a Data Architecture & Engineering Intern, you will work with our consultants in the field to support client engagements and facilitate the delivery of analytics.Work with advanced technologies like Snowflake and Apache Airflow to ingest client data from both medical and pharmacy claims platforms, enabling advanced healthcare claims analytics.Participate in R&D projects to integrate and apply knowledge, skills, and abilities from your academic curriculum to real-world applications.Analyze, synthesize, and interpret complex data sets, finding efficient ways to integrate client data and produce analytical outputs that support client delivery.Utilize industry-standard DevOps practices to develop and maintain high-quality, version-controlled data engineering solutions, ensuring smooth deployment to high-availability production environments.What you'll gain

Education & Eligibility

Current undergraduate student entering either their 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5-year program (Spring 2026 Grad)Minimum 3.3 cumulative GPAMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorshipMust be able to spend the summer in our downtown Chicago office, personal preference and circumstances will be taken into consideration for any remote candidates who are unable to be on siteSkills & Abilities

Strong interest in pursuing a career in data architecture or engineeringDemonstrated passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologiesAbility to approach problem-solving with logical and analytical thinkingCapable of understanding business and project goals to craft and deliver meaningful solutions to our clientsProficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SQL and Python, with the ability to further develop and apply these skillsWorks effectively both independently and in group settingsExcited to support Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers in developing creative solutions for clientsPreferred Requirements

Degree/Major in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field3.3 or higher cumulative and major GPARelevant work experience, including internships, summer positions, or part-time jobs Active involvement in university clubs or organizations related to data architecture, engineering, or leadership, showcasing relevant skills and interests
