You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance and risk management, to identify requirements and develop innovative solutions to address complex GRC challenges. Responsibilities: Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management, to meet specific business needs Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow GRC to provide insights into GRC performance, compliance status, and risk posture User Accounts and Access Permissions: Develop and maintain personas for users and provision access permissions to meet client requirements User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and new features within the ServiceNow platform to continuously enhance the organization's GRC capabilities Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and configuration details Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 3 years' experience as a proven ServiceNow Developer. GRC module experience is a plus ServiceNow GRC implementation and customization experience, including workflows, business rules, personas, entity structures, user stories, journeys, actions, and integrations Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance concepts and frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues to develop effective solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualification: ServiceNow certifications i.e., Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator Salary up to $160k to align with education and experience Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
