Job Title: SFDC Technical Lead
Location : Contra Costa, California (Remote)
Job description-
Over 8 years of experience in SFDC technologies with experience in design, development and implementation phases of Service cloud applications.
Has experience leading a teamHas experience assigning tasks/scope to others and following upIs vocal and will ask questions during meetingsAble to brainstorm solution delivery ideasAble to talk and walk through a proposed solution designExperience with managing Salesforce seasonal releases/updates
• Good knowledge in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, VF Pages, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP), HTML 5, CSS, JS, jQuery.• Involvement in Requirement Analysis, Design Document, Build, and Unit Testing.• Worked in Sales and Service Cloud and built case management applications.• Worked extensively on various customization requirements.• Worked on customizing functionalities like web to case, articles, knowledge and reports.• Complete ownership of the Salesforce Lightning customization end to end for all customization requirements.• Good Knowledge in SQL and Testing.• Build configuration items like Workflows, Validations, profiles, layout designs, design and security settings, assignment rules, users/defining Role Hierarchy, defining Escalation rules etc.• Good team player with excellent technical, management, interpersonal skills• Coordination with the Client on daily basis to discuss on requirements & deliverables.• Coordination with the Onshore and Offshore team.• Implementation of real-time web service callouts (REST).• Good exposure in project from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing, de-bugging, documentation and implementation.• Experienced in Lightning, Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers Integration, Visual force, Force.com API.• Experience with Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Scheduler, Batch Apex, Apex Class & Apex Web Service, Visual Force Pages.• Involved in Workflow & Approvals, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Security & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.• Experience in designing of custom objects, custom fields, pick list, role-based page layouts, Process builder, Flow, Triggers, Validation rules Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom Tabs, custom reports, Visualforce Pages, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.• Strong Experience in different software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall model).
