Building complex financial Web Applications and providing adequate software solutions following Scrum methodology software development practicesUsing coding standards and best practices to ensure qualityDeveloping high-quality and detailed designsIdentifying risk and conducting mitigation action planningReviewing the work of other developers and providing feedbackMentor others in documenting systems architecture and development patterns and best practicesAbility to lead and deliver change in a very productive wayBasic Qualifications:

Minimum six years of hands-on experience in development of Java based Web / Enterprise Applications using Java version 8+Minimum six years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Java development using Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring Core, JSP, Spring MVC, REST API, Hibernate, JPAOther Desired Qualifications:

Experience in the Corporate/Commercial/Investment BankingKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Knowledge and experience in working with various messaging applications such as IBM MQ, Kafka.Knowledge and experience with SQL and no SQL databaseKnowledge and experience in working with and setting up CI/CD pipelinesExperience in IBM WebSphere is an added advantage

Have good written and verbal English language communication skills with an ability to work effectively in an international environment
