EDI Coordinator

Position Overview:
EDI Coordinator reports to the Product Flow Analyst and is responsible for all tasks related to the management of the internal UPC process, including management of UPC code setup and orders with UPC exceptions. Will be point of contact for sales reps and customers who are experiencing UPC issues. Responsible for various administrative EDI tasks, including the setup of profiles for existing and new customers, testing and implementation EDI documents into production. Support all incoming and outgoing EDI traffic and troubleshooting all EDI related issues. Monitoring of any EDI failures or errors that occur to vendors and coordinate with IT as needed.
Primary Accountabilities/Job ResponsibilitiesComplete profile set ups to drive EDI transaction with various vendorsCoordinate with IT for EDI developer to test all transactions from new vendors.Provide a daily administrative report for all EDI transmissions identifying and critical errors or issues and providing an Error profile.Monitor all "Expected {EDI} Transaction Activity to ensure all transmissions are being executed as required. Troubleshoot all issues and initiate help with IT as needed.Clean up all EDI errors each day. Work with the teams to resolve any identified issues.Other Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT to craft ideal system solutions that meet business needs for EDICreate and maintain translation lists and item catalogs for all EDI partnersEscalates operational EDI issues to appropriate business partners, while continuing to support as needed.Responsible for the review and enforcement of compliance to EDI program with a focus on identifying and determining systemic vs. operational EDI issues. MResearches advancements and improvements for EDI Issues.Monitor automation for orders processing, Inbound ASN, Invoices and PO changes transmissions with vendorsMaintain UPC Master list and assign UPCs for new items.Manage UPC master data in IMAGINEMinimum Qualifications - Skills & Abilities
Detail oriented with elevated level of accuracy.3 years relevant EDI experienceRetail Supply Chain experienceProcess EDI orders and sending invoices back to PurchaserEDI setup, testing, and monitoring, and executionDaily EDI support and issue resolutionCompensation and Benefits
