ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages the new hire onboarding process to prepare and clear new hire for start date, including but not limited to new hire processing compliance, technology access requests, tracking and notification of new hire status.Maintains new hire processing spreadsheet to ensure accuracy for processing and hireProvides daily status updates on all new hires in the on boarding process; seen as main contact for any inquiries of new hire status for both clients and recruiters.Ensures 100% compliance for every new hire, transfer, and promotion prior to start date; provides recommendations on how to proceed with any compliance challenges.Accountable for making clearance decision for all new hires; advises and communicates risks to early starts while providing best practice solutions.Sets best practices for all aspects of the on boarding process.Updates ATS system with all required information of new hire including hiring details; offer information; closes requisitions once new hire officially starts.Stays up to date on all compliance requirements for all entities and notifies team as needed.Performs file audits as necessary to ensure 100% accuracy/compliance.Schedules candidates for required onboarding appointments; collects required paperwork, licenses and certifications; conducts background screens, initiates medical paperwork, and tracks required certification(s) completion.Ensures candidate attendance to processing appointments and orientations within the designated period.Assists with facilitation of recruitment and hiring events as needed.Accountable for reconciliation and payment of onboarding screening invoices.Serves as key compliance team member for survey preps across all business lines.Manages employee requests and traffic in office.All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; and/or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)

WORKING HOURS

Working hours may vary, but generally 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
