Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Job Specifics
Cohesive, well-established team of four other physiciansFour-day work weeks, including two standard clinic days (8a-5p) and two evening clinic days (approx. 9:30a-6:30p)12-18 patients/dayOutpatient clinical work with no inpatient dutiesShared phone call, including 1 day/week (24-hours) and 1 weekend/monthMedical Group employed model with 34 patient contact hours considered full-timeJob Requirements
Board certified/eligible pediatricianLicensed (or license eligible) in OregonComfortable working with an economically varied populationShould possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.Eligibility to work in the United StatesWe offer an attractive salary plus incentives (starting bonus equivalent to one month s salary, and loan assistance!), relocation assistance, paid malpractice, CME allowance, Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and a competitive benefit package.
