Job ResponsibilitiesAssisting the CEOHeavy calendar management for CEO; coordinates day-to-day activities and advises of commitments and obligationsCoordinating and managing travel arrangements; creating itineraries that involve different time zones, airline, car and hotel preferences, client contact details, materials needed for meetings, etc.Coordinating project-based work; typing/preparing proposals, change orders, bid packages, RFP's, assist in setting up new contracts, presentation material, etc.Vetting emails/calls and responding where necessary on behalf of CEO & Sales team.Assisting in the review and preparation of presentation materialsPerforming general administrative support such as answering phones, copying, faxing, scanning, filing, mailing, printing, binding, creating, and submitting expenses etc.Composing, editing, and/or proofreading a variety of documents, many of sensitive and confidential nature, including correspondence, meeting agendas, organizational charts, reports, proposals, agreements, contracts, and personnel documentsArranging group and individual meetings with employees from all levels in the organization, consultants, vendors, etc.Recording meeting minutes as directedEvent planning and other ad hoc tasks and projects as neededJob Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field3+ years relative experienceExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent Computer skills & proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with/knowledge of SalesforceOrganized and detail orientedExcellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanorFlexible, reliable, and dependableAbility to work independently, a self-starterBenefits:
