Highly experienced with AWS database, data warehousing and storage management and configuring to enterprise business standards - Design, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS RDS). - Monitor database performance, implement backup and recovery strategies, and optimize database queries and schemas for efficiency. - Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate controls, encryption, and data masking techniques. - Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, and provide guidance on best practices for database management. - Design and manage cloud storage solutions (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage) to support a variety of data types and access patterns. - Implement data lifecycle management policies, including archiving, retention, and deletion strategies. - Configure and optimize storage systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and security. - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for storage solutions, using replication and cross-region backup strategies. Highly experienced with API Management, creating deployment and management of APIs - Design, develop, and maintain APIs using best practices and industry standards (e.g., REST, GraphQL). - Implement API gateway solutions (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Apigee) to manage and secure API traffic. - Monitor API performance, usage, and security, implementing rate limiting*** authentication, and authorization as needed. - Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain comprehensive API documentation and support integration with various services and applications. Quals Experience with DevOps - AWS Code Pipeline, GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes Experience working with IAM services in AWS AWS IAM, Roles, Policies, Security Groups Experience with Cloud Monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus Experience with AWS Compute (EC2) Experience working with IAM, security tools and standards (PingID, OIDC, Oauth2.0) - Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements across all cloud environments. Experience with Linux Systems, Package Managers, basic shell scripting, SSH Experience with IaC (AWS CDK) Comfortable with cloud networking and content delivery (AWS VPC, CloudFront) - Implement and manage cloud networking solutions, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and VPNs. Familiar with serverless computing on AWS.
