In this role, you'll provide timely and professional technical support to our IXL'ers in our Raleigh, NC office. Your enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer service will help us maintain smooth operations and ensure our team can work efficiently and effectively. #LI-KO1

Provide timely, professional, and effective technical assistance to our employeesDeploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support software, hardware, and operating systems on macOS, Windows, and Linux platformsEfficiently research and resolve support tickets involving hardware, software, and malwareAssist in administering Google Apps, Vonage phone system, Azure AD, and other key office-wide systemsDevelop and maintain clear documentation for processes, training, and internal resourcesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree requiredSome experience in a customer-facing role in a corporate setting is preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsExceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficientlyCustomer-centric attitude with a strong passion for helping othersDetail-oriented and exceptionally organizedPassion for improving education through technology!ABOUT IXL LEARNING
