ResponsibilitiesResponsible to greet patients, activate patient accounts, and navigate patients through a predetermined protocol on a daily basis. Answer calls regarding patient scheduling, inquiries about billing, procedures, policies, and available services. Acts as a liaison between patients and the providers; as well as outside facilities and insurance companies, and facilitates communication between patients and providers, medical staff, and administrative staff. Fosters and delivers customer service and patient access.

QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalency required; college preferred. Knowledgeable in medical health insurances. Basic medical terminology and computer knowledge. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have experience with a high volume call center. Minimum 2 years of registration experience within a medical setting (doctor’s office, hospital). Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred .

Must work with a sense of urgency. Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as medical database experience required. Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel throughout Westchester County for business purposes.
