Salesforce LWC Developer

Successful candidates will be involved in the full development life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.The candidate will perform hands-on design and development of the Salesforce platform, with a focus on DoD cybersecurity requirements. Working with senior members of the team, the developer will analyze business, technical, and security requirements, translating those requirements into solutions within the platform ensuring Salesforce solutions adhere to platform best practices.An understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available.Qualifications3-5+ years of experience as a front-end developer (at least 2 on Salesforce)Strong experience developing lightning web componentsExperience implementing a design systemExperience with Experience Cloud and Public Sector SolutionsStrong communication skills as part of a larger development (scrum) teamSoft SkillsExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.Communication skills key!
