Primary Skills: SAP (Expert), S4 HANA (Expert), Accounting (Advanced), Data Migration (Advanced), Project Leadership (Advanced)Contract Type: W2 onlyDuration: 9+ month contractLocation: San Jose, CA (Hybrid / Remote)Pay Range: $80.00 - $85 per hourJob Summary:We are seeking an S4 HANA FI Implementation Specialist to guide our business through the S4 HANA implementation process without configuring but with a strong understanding of the technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have global experience and a background in consulting or client engagement, particularly in the stages of execution/build of SAP S4 Hana implementations. This role involves heavy collaboration with IT to ensure the translation of business requirements into functional specifications and maintaining oversight of project deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert in General Ledger, International Accounting, and Fixed Asset.Lead and contribute to the S4 HANA implementation, focusing on critical areas such as Document Splitting and Data Migration.Collaborate with IT to ensure business requirements are translated into detailed functional specifications.Coordinate user acceptance testing and assist in resolving functional issues.Ensure data integrity and accuracy during data migration, including performing reconciliations and validations.Must-Have Skills:Strong leadership and implementation skills.In-depth knowledge of SAP GL, particularly within S4 HANA environments.Global Experience is requiredData Migration is highly preferredIndustry Experience:Prior consulting background with a focus on SAP S4 HANA implementations.Experience in accounting or financial domains, with knowledge of SOX controls and financial statement preparation.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
