PLC Programmer

Seeking a PLC Programmer with 5+ years of experience working for a variety of industries requiring automation support including, food & beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical industries.
Capable of execution for automation projects that require the following skill sets:
Hardware design and selectionDrafting Functional design and SOO (Sequence of Operations) specificationsPLC programming and scriptingHMI (Graphics) developmentTest protocol developmentCommissioning and close out documentationManagement of automation project budgetsMentoring of team members and automation staffDesirable to have experience with one or more of the following PLC control system platforms:
Rockwell RSLogix5000 and RSLogix500ControllogixSiemens Step 7 and/or TIA Portal V11-13DeltaV, ABB, FoxboroOperator interface (HMI) development and configuration.Desirable to have experience with one or more of the following HMI/SCADA platforms:
IgnitionGE Cimplicity and/or GE iFIXWonderwareRockwell FactoryTalk View StudioSiemensThe programmer must also be a "hands-on" person who can assist with equipment operational troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
BS or higher in chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering with at least 5 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of Bachelor's degree and experience.Experience with field startup/commissioning and support calls to customer sites.Experience with specifying instrumentation solutions is a plus
The hiring range for this position is $65 to $85 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
