Job Title: PharmacistJob DescriptionWe seek a detail-oriented pharmacist with knowledge of independent pharmacy operations and revenue generation. You will manage acquisition, protection, and revenue generation for the pharmacy, including understanding audit threats and documentation requirements. The role involves handling inventory, negotiating with wholesalers, and developing therapeutic options with doctors that benefit both patients and the pharmacy. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, analyze data trends, and recommend therapeutic changes. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with doctors, staff, and patients. Basic compounding is required, but no sterile compounding. If working a weekend, you will get a weekday off the following week (not Monday). Example shift: If you work Mon-Fri this week, you will have Saturday off. Following week, you will have Wednesday off and work that Saturday. You can sit or stand for the shift, up to your preference. No lifting requirements. Typical day involves working with 2-3 staff members, focusing solely on filling medications. Scheduling handled by Maikee, not the hired pharmacist.
