The practice provides full-service optometry services and specialties in comprehensive eye exams, ocular disease treatment and management, specialty contact lenses, Lasik pre- and post-operative care, eye disease management, and specialty visual testing. The professionals are dedicated to providing personalized vision solutions and preventative eye care to ensure a lifetime of clear, comfortable, and healthy vision. The practice is equipped with advanced technology to efficiently serve patients, online appointment scheduling and office communications are offered via text messaging. Plus, customers will enjoy personalized attention from the Opticians as they browse a wide selection of fashionable eyewear for all budgets.

What you'll do:
As the newest Optometrist, you'll perform comprehensive patient care for approximately 16 to 24 patients daily. You'll also have access to cutting-edge technology, including Optos and Zeiss to conduct comprehensive eye tests, ensuring precise diagnoses and tailored solutions. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, including Opticians and administrative staff, you'll collaborate to offer patients the best level of eyecare and eyewear. This position offers full-time employment for four days a week, with Thursday's off. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
