Description

The Construction Superintendent - CT will be responsible for:

• Supervise and mentor the workforce in assigned project areas
• Coordinate fieldwork through proper organization, planning, and collaboration with trade partners
• Participate in weekly scheduling and management meetings with trade partners
• Promote and enforce site-specific safety plans and principles
• Participate in project scheduling to ensure completion within deadlines
• Maintain accurate cost and production records
• Ensure materials received are inspected for quality and accuracy, and that proper documentation is maintained
• Oversee quality control for both company and trade partners to meet high standards
• Manage the punch list process to ensure timely project turnover to the owner
• Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure quality and customer service
• Assist with BIM and VDC coordination, ensuring issue resolution and timely submittal processes

Profile

The ideal Superintendent - CT has:

• 5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor
• OSHA certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience leading ground-up construction projects and managing a large team
• Experience with Procore or Bluebeam
