Array Labs is building a distributed radar imaging constellation to power the first accurate, real-time 3D model of the world. As the Senior IT/Security Manager at Array Labs, you will have a significant individual impact on designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's entire IT and security infrastructure. In this role, you'll take full ownership of ensuring that the systems are secure, scalable, and capable of supporting high-performance operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration of IT systems while proactively managing security protocols and compliance. From initial design through full deployment, you will be directly responsible for the success of the IT function, making critical decisions that shape the foundation of the company's technology landscape. Responsibilities: Lead and implement Array Labs' IT and infrastructure strategy to ensure the team operates with high efficiency, minimal friction, and full compliance. Oversee Array Labs' IT systems to maintain a robust, reliable infrastructure that supports streamlined, high-impact work across the organization. Support Array Labs' journey toward compliance with frameworks like ITAR and NIST 800-171 by developing and implementing strategies, policies, and best practices to achieve full compliance ahead of launch. Implement cybersecurity best practices and deploy security tools to meet compliance requirements and strengthen defenses against external threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on cybersecurity, compliance, and training objectives aligned with government programs. Develop and drive automation solutions through scripting and software integrations to address common challenges and improve operational efficiency. Basic Qualifications: 4 years of experience in cybersecurity Hands-on experience in guiding and implementing ITAR and NIST 800-171 compliance and security measures for organizations of vintage. Deep understanding of security and cybersecurity practices Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a focus on automating security processes and system integrations. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure.
