We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banner ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting a college or university using the Banner ERP system. This role requires in-depth knowledge of each Banner module, including Student, Faculty, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Financial Aid. The Banner ERP Analyst will be responsible for business process analysis, troubleshooting, scripting in SQL, report writing, and technical writing. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

This is a remote, WFH position.

The salary range for this position is $68,000-$89,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support of Banner ERP System:

Provide technical support for Banner ERP modules (Student, Faculty, HR, Payroll, Finance, Financial Aid) with a focus on troubleshooting routine issues and assisting in module performance improvements. Success is measured by maintaining 90% uptime and resolving support requests within standard timeframes.Business Process Analysis:

Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes. Work with senior team members to identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to the successful implementation of enhancements that increase process efficiency by 10%.Technical Issue Resolution:

Resolve 75% of technical issues related to the Banner ERP system independently, escalating more complex issues as needed. Adhere to standard SLAs for ticket resolution, contributing to overall team success in maintaining system stability.SQL Development and Data Handling:

Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting. Complete assigned tasks on time, ensuring that all reports are accurate and meet department needs. Collaborate with senior team members on more complex integrations.Technical Documentation:

Write and maintain detailed technical documentation under the guidance of senior staff. Ensure documentation is up to date within 14 days of system changes, aiming for 90% compliance with established standards.Collaborative Solutions:

Work with various departments to understand needs and provide basic Banner ERP solutions. Achieve an 85% satisfaction rate based on end-user feedback, contributing to department goals for successful solution delivery.Data Integrity and Security:

Support data integrity efforts by running regular data checks and assisting in identifying discrepancies. Work with senior colleagues to ensure 100% adherence to data security protocols and assist with audits as needed.End-User Training and Support:

Conduct user training on system functionalities and provide ongoing support. Aim to reduce support tickets from trained users by 15% within 6 months of training, focusing on foundational skills development.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience supporting a college or university using the Banner ERP system.In-depth knowledge of Banner modules: Student, Faculty, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Financial Aid.Strong skills in business process analysis and troubleshooting.Proficiency in SQL scripting and report writing.Excellent technical writing skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other ERP systems.Knowledge of higher education administrative processes.Certification in Banner ERP or related technologies.Beneficial Experience:Developing in PLSQL.Experience with web services and Ethos integrations.Web development in HTML, JavaScript, or React.Benefits
