Demonstrated experience creating user-facing documentation supporting all levels of users low and high2. Organization skills with process maps for internal documentation; mapping out how everything is presented to users, making it easy for users to find things3. Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word for sharing documentation4. Experience in banking/finance industry5. Experience in migration to CDP Data ServicesFlex Skills/Nice to Have:1. Worked with Hadoop or similar, familiar with the languageSoft Skills:1. Good organization skills2. Excellent written communication skills and written presentations3.
