We are looking for an SAP Manager for our Deland, FL office!

Summary:

As SAP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems within our organization. You will lead a team of SAP professionals, ensuring that our SAP environment aligns with business objectives and supports operational efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in SAP modules, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP System Management:

Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and standards.Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MII, Salesforce, and other third party integrations.Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize performance and functionality.Develop and enforce SAP security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data.

Team Leadership:

Supervise a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and productivity.Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Business Process Optimization:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP environment.Implement best practices and standards to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP systems.

Project Management:

Plan and execute SAP projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with SAP vendors and service providers to evaluate products, services, and solutions.Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to ensure optimal value for the organization.Maintain vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for delivering high-quality products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience 5-10 years in SAP system administration, configuration, and customization.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules such as SD, PP, MM, FICO, etc.Experience with implementing/managing SAP MII (MES) or SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM).Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing SAP projects.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
