Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Development:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite scripts, workflows, Suitelets, RESTlets, and other SuiteCloud technologies.Customization & Configuration:
Customize NetSuite modules to align with business requirements, including advanced scripting and data management.Integration:
Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems using RESTful and SOAP-based APIs. Develop and maintain middleware solutions as required.Technical Support:
Provide advanced-level support to internal users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any system-related problems.System Enhancements:
Identify opportunities to improve the NetSuite platform, recommend enhancements, and lead implementation efforts.Data Management:
Manage data migrations, system data imports/exports, and data validation processes.Project Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales) to understand business needs and ensure successful project delivery.Best Practices:
Follow NetSuite development best practices and ensure compliance with IT and security standards.Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture designs, user guides, and training materials.Mentorship:
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and technical staff on best practices and advanced NetSuite concepts.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development, including customization, integration, and configuration.Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0 , and JavaScript.Experience with
SuiteFlow ,
SuiteTalk , and
SuiteBuilder .Hands-on experience with integration tools and techniques (REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON).Proficiency in
SQL
and database management.
Certifications:
NetSuite Developer or Administrator certifications (preferred but not mandatory).Project Management:
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience leading NetSuite projects.Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Team Player:
Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional ERP modules (CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and eCommerce platforms.Knowledge of other programming languages such as
Python ,
PHP , or
C# .Understanding of business processes in areas like finance, procurement, inventory, and sales.Prior experience in working with international teams or a global implementation.
