Responsibilities:•Possess 10-15 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA and Fiori.•Design, develop, and maintain advanced ABAP programs, including reports, REST APIs, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF), along with Web Dynpro applications.•Demonstrate expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.•Experience in SAP Workflow and Fiori My Inbox.•Implement and manage user exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, and enhancements using the enhancement framework.•Proficient in ABAP for HANA, including skills in CDS views, Fiori elements, AMDP, and ABAP 7.5 syntax.•Hands-on experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP).•Optimize ABAP code for performance within the S/4HANA environment.•Thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and best practices.•Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., R2R, OTC, P2P, PL2PR, EWM) and their integration points.•Strong expertise in Fiori, SAP Gateway, and OData services.•Ensure adherence to SAP coding standards and best practices.•Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.•Develop and maintain OData services for Fiori apps, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.•Seamlessly integrate Fiori apps with SAP backend systems to ensure optimal data flow and performance.•Provide technical support and troubleshoot existing ABAP programs and interfaces.•Analyze and resolve technical issues, optimizing code performance as needed.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.•Experience with SAP UI5 development is a plus.•Experience developing and maintaining SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, and OData services is highly desirable.•Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.•Apply knowledge/experience in the following areas to drive value and innovation in client engagements:
o SAP HANA Technical Concepts and Architecture, Data Modeling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), and Code Performance Rules for SAP HANA.
o Proficient in using analysis tools such as Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace, Code Inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit to ensure code quality and optimize for SAP HANA.
