About the role
As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement. You coach your team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and associates.

2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associatesStrong people management skills and an ability to develop talentEffective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsTechnology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale systemStrong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive resultsAction-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlinesBenefits
