Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development, API integrations, and administration, and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This position reports directly to the Director of Information Technology Development and works alongside the IT Program Manager for project implementation oversight.

Description of Duties

Responsibilities :

Integrate Salesforce with Snowflake.Develop a technical roadmap to enhance or replace current system functionalities.Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.Customize Salesforce to meet business needs through workflows, process builders, triggers, and validation rules.Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data automation.Oversee Salesforce environments, including sandbox management and metadata deployment.Ensure data integrity through regular audits and manage data imports/exports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.Stay updated on Salesforce upgrades and recommend process improvements.Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and administration activities.Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce Architecture and Development.At least 5 years designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.2 years of Salesforce Administration experience.Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and independence.Strong communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado) is a plus.Salesforce developer and administrator certifications preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.Desired Skills/Experience:

Familiarity with software development methodologies (agile, waterfall).Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud is a plus.Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office, data analytics, and project management tools like JIRA.Experience with Snowflake, Mulesoft, Informatica Cloud, and Tableau Cloud is beneficial.
