The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
Objectives of this role
Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requestsMaintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layoutCoordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow of any business activities like purchasingRequirements
Serve to assist the CEO and EVP in their organizational responsibilities as it pertains to office staff, facilities, team development activities and eventsServe as the liaison to the VA office staff to assist in sustaining a vibrant and energetic workplace for everyoneManaging incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, office supplies and maintaining an organized, clean office environmentProvide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos and lettersPlan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconferenceCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leaders and employees as requiredMaintain building access control databases, working with property managers,Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalentProven administrative experience with company leadership, handling sensitive business and staff informationSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and multitasking abilityAptitude for learning new software and systems
