Position: Systems Administrator IIKey Responsibilities:Manage server/storage infrastructure in a 99% virtualized VMware environment.Support 95% Windows Servers, 5% Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Azure cloud integration.Perform system monitoring, backups, and capacity planning across 1500 virtual servers and 125 physical hosts.Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 system issues.Support infrastructure-as-code (IaC), containers, and Ubuntu Server introduction.Maintain 24/7 on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support.Requirements:Education:
High school diploma required, 4-year degree in technology preferred.Experience:
4+ years in LAN/WAN, systems administration (VMware, Windows, RHEL), server hardware, and SAN/NAS.Skills:
Strong troubleshooting, system performance, problem-solving, and experience with cloud environments like Azure.Desired:Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC), containers, and Azure operations.Ability to lead projects and work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
