A busy Title Company is searching for a motivated, reliable and task-oriented Assistant to work in Carlsbad. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Branch Manager as well as the Escrow Officer. The candidate we are seeking should be capable of managing their workload and is able to work quickly and accurately under time constraints. General Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with any and all phone callsPossible payoff demand support making calls to obtain payoff infoPossible payoff demand support making calls to obtain payoff infoGathering client information and entering data into the computer systemPreparing documents for closing, funding, and recording of escrow transactionsCommunicating with clients and responding to information requestsJob Requirements
Real Estate or Escrow experience is a huge plus, but not requiredAbility to meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong follow-throughMust be a team playerHave a good grasp of general software applications
