This role involves data development efforts for MRD's planning tools through data collection, analysis, and manipulation. The candidate will work with Microsoft 365, Esri, and Tableau to manage services and content.Key Responsibilities:Conduct business analysis, including requirements capture, data structure/content prioritization, and process improvements.Lead data development efforts for MRD planning tools, including data collection, analysis, visualization, and manipulation.Collaborate with Microsoft 365, Esris Online Suite of Web Products, and Tableau to create and manage feature services, data exports, dashboards, and other visual content.Develop presentations and graphics, support application development and testing, and maintain documentation.Provide support and coordination for geospatial projects and programs.Minimum Candidate Characteristics:Experience:
4 years of GIS/Geospatial experienceSkills:Data analysisGeodatabase managementProficiency in ArcGIS and Esri toolsExceptional Candidate Characteristics:Experience with:ESRI, Geocortex, FME, Survey and Mapping methodologiesRequired Qualifications:4 years of experience in creating, maintaining, and updating GIS databases and cartographic products.4 years of experience developing custom tools, applications, and dashboards utilizing ESRI software, Python, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and other programming languages.4 years of experience in developing and supporting automation processes between database systems and web environments.4 years of experience using ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS to manage feature services and web mapping applications.4 years of experience coordinating with vendor teams and providing geospatial project support.Familiarity with Esri web app suites, including Field Apps, Dashboard, Survey123, Web App Builder, and Story Maps.Preferred Qualifications:1 year of experience with Linear Referencing Systems (LRS) data entry and analysis.4 years of experience with the ESRI Product Suite.2 years of experience with Geocortex Software Suite and/or FME Software Suite.2 years of experience with Microsoft Product Suite, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.2 years of experience with programming languages (Python, Arcade).2 years of experience with web programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, C#).1 year of experience with survey and mapping methodologies.
