Responsible for troubleshooting issues identified by Salesforce and nCino users. This role will be dedicated to organizing, modifying, and supporting Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) and nCino. Works directly with endusers to coach and teach how to best use and utilize systems. Supports other technology initiatives as needed. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

•Supports the administrative needs of nCino/Salesforce (FSC).

•Troubleshoots problems reported by users.

•Develops the integration of other external business apps with Salesforce (FSC) including core banking systems and financial apps.

•Creates, implements and maintains, dashboards, workflows, system setup, and access as needed to support nCino/Salesforce (FSC)

•Assists with Salesforce refreshes and nCino releases as needed.

•Enhances operational efficiency of loan systems by reviewing processes and determining process improvements through nCino/Salesforce (FSC).

•Makes recommendations for future upgrades.

•Assists IT with maintaining system security and availability to specific users.

•Analyzes and isolates issues.

•Evaluates and modifies system performance.

•Identifies end user needs and areas of opportunity for efficiencies and optimization.

•Maintains integrity of the system.

•Evaluates and implements new technology and system improvements as needed.

•Creates and monitors support cases with vendors supporting lines of business.

•Partners appropriately with other IT departments to address any needs.

Industry and Work Experience:

•1+ years of experience in Salesforce and/or nCino implementation.

•2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, nCino Administrator or equivalent role.

Academic:

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field required.
