Contract Length: 12+ months
Hybrid- (4 days in the office)

Job Description:Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.-SDLCMonitors progress of multiple sprints and reports to leadership team with Status reportHas a strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies, and an understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe)Demonstrated ability to influence and lead. Understands detailed fundamentals of iterative development, and delivers -sprint plans with development and testing teams within agreed timelines, cost, and qualityUnderstands other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them. Leverages other techniques to provide value to the team/enterpriseDevelops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategyUnderstands incremental delivery and the value of metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definitionTracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progressLeads the adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros done according to planned schedule)Participates in key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops to share best-in-class practices adopted during his/her tenureMentors Scrum masters as needed, including resolving escalationsProven ability to be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. Excellent communication and time management skillsTypically has rich and varied experience of working in an Agile based fashion and has a robust understanding of the pitfalls and guardrailsRequirements:
6+ years Project management and Scrum Master - experience successfully leading large, complex efforts with many dependencies, and material deadlinesAgile (Scrum and Scaled Agile)Excellent communication skills, with ability to openly challenge and enable teamJiraUse Jira to lead Scrum and Kanban agile teams
