The Work:Manages Agile process' and implementation . Coordinates and manages functional area testing for test integration and automation in support of CI/CD. Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.

-Contribute/Development systems engineering documentation:System Engineering PlansInitial Capabilities DocumentsRequirements specificationsInterface Control Documents-Manage/Gather system requirements
- Assist with:the development of system requirementsfunctional requirements-Coordinate the resolution of action from:Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetingsdesign reviews, program reviewstest reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
-Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Desired skills
Rules engine design and development across ITOS.Responsible for the development microservices.Demonstrated experiences in cloud based system development & integration testingcompliance to include Section 508Experience with test tools such as: Junit, Cucumber, Jmeter, Selenium, Fitness, SonarQube.Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)Service-oriented Architecture (SOA)

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $134,300 - $257,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
