Think, try, and thrive with us in collaborative work environments that spark game-changing conceptsResponsibilities:The Human Resources Project Management & Recruiting Intern will provide support to the Staff with a wide range of projects related to HR programs, including onboarding administration, project management, recruiting, scheduling, data entry, audits of data. The intern has the opportunity to partner with key HR team members and gain experience in process improvement and implementation. The internship is designed to be both educational and practicalMain Tasks:

Provides support in functional areas of Human Resources, which may include coordination of tasks, operations under supervision, and optimizing current practices.Assists in the collection of internal and external information for reports and statistical research, a key element being the onboarding process and set up.Assists with intern recruiting and hiringPreparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentationsProcesses paperwork for functional area according to established proceduresPerforms administrative duties in support of the maintenance of records which requires the utmost confidentiality.Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate the request to a more senior team memberProofread documents to support team membersWork directly with key personnel to understand project concept, objectives, and approachSupport elaboration and implementation of concepts, and scheduling meetings as necessary.Participates in regularly scheduled team meetingsWill perform other duties as assignedQualifikationen

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AdobeStrong written and oral communication skillsProactivity and ability to work independentlyProficient working in a multi-cultural environmentDesire for continuous development and learning opportunitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skillsRecent graduate (within the past 12 months) or junior/senior currently attaining a bachelor's or master's degree with a focus either on Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Engineering, or comparable studyPreferred Requirements:Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degreeA minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of studyAvailable for a minimum of 6 months, prefer availability for a maximum of 11 monthsPreferred Start Date: January 2025Additional details:Hourly rates hourly pay rate of $20.00hr for our internship programMBV does not offer assisted living or a relocation package for this positionWe are all in for change.
