Penn State is currently seeking a Stewardship Officer to support the Office of Donor Relations and Special Events (DRSE). As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, you can play an integral role in Penn State's future and contribute to one of the most successful fundraising and alumni relations operations in the country.

Reporting to the Director of Stewardship and working closely with central development offices, as well as other partners, this Stewardship Officer will:
Provide stewardship support for central business units and the Office of Principal Gifts;Work collaboratively with offices across the Division and the University to coordinate acknowledgements for gifts to central allocations;Articulate Penn State's needs, ambitions, and values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, through excellent informal and formal communications;Provide support to DRSE's Events Team including creating and maintaining event registration websites, maintaining event response lists and reports, and inventorying and organizing supplies;Provide general support to central offices who are key stakeholders in donor stewardship (e.g., Student Aid, Student Financial Services, Bursar, and Registrar);Troubleshoot inbound questions through shared inbox and help desk.This position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of Penn State Development software systems (eSteward, AWA Advance) is preferred. The successful candidate will also have:
Attention to detail;Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills;A dedication to and understanding of the skills required to build relationships with diverse communities;Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion;Proficiency in MS Office suite;A proven ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team;A commitment to professional development, learning, and being mentored.

$46,400.00 - $67,300.00
